I’m Jacob — a people-first problem solver with a background in telecommunications and customer care.
Before working independently, I was a manager of a Telstra Partner store, where I helped people every day with everything from sending an email to setting up a new mobile phone. It gave me firsthand experience supporting people with different levels of confidence, patience, and understanding when it comes to technology.
Tech is everywhere now, and while it can make life easier, it can also feel overwhelming if you don’t feel confident using it. For many people, it’s not intuitive — and that frustration is something I understand well. My aim is to be a translator for those who don’t speak the tech language, helping make things feel clearer, calmer, and more manageable.
I’m patient, practical, and easy to talk to. I explain things without jargon, and take the time to really listen, making sure you walk away feeling more confident — not more confused.
